SBI Clerk Syllabus 2024,Eligibility, Eligibility Exam Pattern Selection Process

State Bank of India Clerk Eligibility: State Bank of India hires Indian Citizens for appointment in Junior Associate (Clerk) in Customer Support & Sales . Candidates to gain eligibility to apply for Clerical post must Qualify the below given eligibility criteria.

1. Age Limit: Candidates age must Not below 20 years and not above 28 years as on 01.04.2023, i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1995 and not later than 01.04.2003.Age relaxations will be extended as per govt rules.

2. SBI Clerk Educational Qualification:

Graduation Degree in any Discipline from any Recognised University ,Those who are in the final year/ semester of their graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if provisionally selected, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31.12.2023.

SBI Clerk Exam Pattern

SBI Clerk Exam Pattern: The Exam Pattern followed by State Bank of India for the Post of Junior Associate Clerk Customer Support & Sales has been detailed below

Exam Pattern Details: State Bank of India conducts on-line test (preliminary & main examinations), test of official and/ or specified opted local language and subject to Government of India approval for the post of Junior Associate Clerk Customer Support & Sales.

Examination will be held in Two Phases

Phase-I :

Preliminary Examination: Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1 hour duration consisting of 3 Sections as follows

Test of knowledge of official and/or specified opted local language: Those who qualify for selection and produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language will not be subjected to any Language test. In case of others (qualified for selection), specified opted local language test will be conducted after provisional selection but before joining.

SBI Clerk Selection Process

SBI Clerk Selection Process: State Bank of India (SBI)’s Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in Clerical Cadre exam selection process details are given below….Selection Procedure:

The examination will consist of three phases, viz.

Phase-I:

a) Preliminary Examination (Online): 100 marks (Objective type) – 1 hour

Phase-II:

b) Main Examination (Online): 200 marks (Objective type) – 2 Hours 40 Minutes

Note-I: The questions in objective tests, except for the test of General English, will be bilingual i.e., English &Hindi.

Note-II: There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Phase-III:

Test of specified opted local language:Those who qualify for selection and produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language will not be subjected to any Language test.

Final Selection:

I. Verification of eligibility for the post and information furnished in the online application. II. Qualifying in test of specified opted local language, where applicable, as detailed above
